Media Ministry

Gospel Through FM Radio Stations: We started our Media ministry on May 4,  2008 from one FM station called Gorkha FM. Our program in Nepali is called "Bato Satya Ra Jiwan" translated to "The Way the Truth and the Life.” 

By the grace of God, we have been able to take the gospel to the various people groups in Nepal 45 FM stations in the span of 17 years. In recent times we had to stop broadcasting the program from several stations due to the shortage of funds. Currently we are airing the Gospel from 16 FM stations.

Gospel Through National TV Station: Our Television Ministry commenced from Aug 30, 2009. Currently our program is being broadcast from two television stations. One of them is Nepal Television HD, a state-run TV by the Nepal government and covers 147 countries through Satellite. The other is Newa TV.

Gospel Through New Media: In view of growing impact and the reach of the new media, including social media, YouTube among others, NLM is also producing and posting several contents through various new media. Starting from mid-2024, a weekly bible sermon is being uploaded in YouTube receiving over 150k views.

Media Ministry Registered With the Government of Nepal: Our Ministry through media is registered with the Government of Nepal.

Impact: We have received hundreds of letters and the telephone calls from various groups of people who want to know more about the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our listeners also include politicians, students, people from various religious communities including hindus, buddhists and muslims; prisoners serving their sentences in various jails, and other kinds of people.

Most of them ask for Bibles and other christian literatures from us and we help them to understand better. Many people have also informed of accepting Jesus Christ as their saviour after hearing the program. While many have also testified of being healed physically after receiving prayers from us.
