ABOUT US
With the establishment of New Life Mission in 1992, the ministry has focused on evangelism, church planting, training, educating poor and orphan children, and caring for old and helpless people.
Starting churches in these unreached areas has come at great sacrifice and cost to God’s people, including the shedding of their blood. NLM has been involved in proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ through personal evangelism, Gospel meetings, conferences, crusades and literature distribution.
In recent years, NLM has been producing gospel content, and reaching people, especially Nepalis, worldwide, using media (radio and television) and new media (internet and social media).
As of 2025, NLM has more than 145 churches in Nepal and India. Our objectives include church planting, preparing and equipping dedicated men and women to spread the Word, supporting missionaries, helping orphans and children from low-income families with their education and constructing church halls.
NLM also has 3 schools– 1 in Nepal and 2 in India. The school in Nepal is among the Chepang tribe and Tamang tribe. The schools in India are among the Sherpa tribe and general people groups.
Almost 300 children and their families have been introduced to the Gospel and as a result, souls are coming to the Lord through these schools and churches have been planted in different parts of Nepal and in North India within the district of Darjeeling.
